Peter Bishop is the shopkeeper of Antique Shop Hoyti Toytis, a front for members to exchange Nazi memorabilia, Nazi Bay. During the course of the series, Peter is revealed to be a secret Neo-Nazi who merely has a camp and approachable persona.
